I want Marquee text to scroll across all of my background page from top to bottom i know that %26lt;marquee%26gt;%26lt;img src="http://mackxrocks.com/ximages/avata... border="2px" /%26gt;%26lt;/marquee%26gt; will get me a picture to scroll in the about me section or where ever i put it but i want it to be in the background along with the background image

You can put it into a Div class table which can be set behind your tables and stuff.
