How do i unhide my Top 8?

I have researched the answer on here and elsewhere, i know i have to delete something but appartently i cant find it... this is the code if anyone could tell me which part needs to be deleted that would be great. this was a premade layout i got from somewhere, i like it, just not that it hides the top 8

i'll tell ya what i had to do.

i had to randomly delete sections of it and then press preview profile and if that wasnt right click back...

so forth and so on until you find which paragraph it is!
