I created and mapped the layout alread using PSP so there's no need to use an online layout maker. I have an html code of the mapped image but it won't show up in my profile. Does anyone know how to get the html code to show up as my entire profile?

Just paste the code into the "About Me" section when you edit your profile. If it doesn't work, there's probably a mistake in your code.
