I want to make a gif image out of this video?

I shortened this video so i could make a .gif image out of it. Does anyone know a gift converter that supports .wmv and doesn't leave unneccesary texts or objects in my .gif image? ( i tried using Video-AVI to GIF/JPEG Converter 3.1 but it added texts to my image
