Yah, mind your parents. But as a representative of irresponsible people everywhere, it's pretty easy to create a new user account without a password.

1.Reboot the computer holding command-S

2. When the black screen comes up, type "/sbin/mount -uw /" without the quotes, and hit enter.

3. type "cd /private/var/db" without the quotes, and hit enter.

4. type "mv .AppleSetupDone .AppleSetupDone.old" without the quotes, and hit enter.

5. type "reboot" without the quotes, and hit enter.

When the computer starts up again, the setup assistant should run. Enter whatever settings make sense. When you get to the registration screen, hit command-Q, and press "skip". Then it should bring you to a screen to create a new account. Fill in some username and password (remember them), and continue. This should log you in as a new admin account.

While you're in this account, you can change the settings on your original account in the System Preferences (in the Applications folder), in the Accounts pane.

Good luck, don't get in to trouble at school, and learn how to get around these things yourself. :)
