How do u do these files??

Have the window that you require to copy open.

Press and hold down the Alt key.

Now press the Print Screen/SysRq key.

Release both keys.

Now open Paint or any other graphic editing tool

Click on Edit then Paste.

Now save the file as type jpg or gif.

Because it is a graphics editing tool you will also be able to create the squiggly red line.

Note: you can't delete files off the internet unless you have full access to it (whereas MySpace you only have your profile to edit, you can't delete website pictures off there except your profile pictures).
